Refund and Returns Policy for Dupont Lighter


At Dupont Lighter, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality lighters that are reliable and long-lasting. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or refund your purchase. That’s why we have created this Refund and Returns Policy to help you with any issues you may encounter.

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable replacement.
  3. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of used or damaged items. We also do not accept returns of customized or personalized items, as these are made to order.

Refunds Policy:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If the item(s) meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the availability of the item. In some cases, we may request that you provide a photo of the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement.

Please note that free returns will not be available for heavily discounted products promoted during the holidays.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy to return the item(s) for a refund.
