If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it for free. Please, let us know as soon as possible to email us so that we are able to process the cancellation before the products are shipped. Please note if the product already been shipped that will be cannot cancelled.
Once you receive your product you have 14 days to return or exchange it. (counting from the date of the arrival of your package).To get a full refund, But you have to note that the product must:- Be in perfect condition, unassembled and unused.- Show no visible marks of use.- Have the original packaging- Include its official documentation and accessories.If these requirements are not met, the reimbursement cannot be made in full as the customer will have to bear the financial consequences of the depreciation of the product.You can learn more about exchanges and returns here. If the package appears to have been damaged during delivery, we kindly request that you refrain from signing for it and instead, take a photo of the package. This will serve as evidence, which we can then use to file a claim on your behalf with the logistics company.
